  3. Review the Events Rules
  4. Decide if you would like to have catered food, moon bounces, sound equipment, and/or other amenities at your event. Click here for a list of our approved caterers and vendors
  5. Fill out an events request form. (PDF)
  6. Fax the form to (205) 521-9922 or email to events@railroadpark.org
  7. Once your information is received you will be contacted by a representative from Railroad Park within 2-3 business days. Once approved you will receive an invoice regarding your reservation.
  8. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Please make money orders or checks payable to Railroad Park Foundation. Reservations are confirmed once full payment is received.
